If you are interested in purchasing any parcel on this list, it is suggested that you review the zoning and building laws of the City and/or County before contacting BART Real Estate staff. When you are satisfied that a parcel may meet your needs, contact the Real Estate Officer at BART at 510 464-7502 and we can provide you with more details on the parcel and give you information about the sales procedures. We cannot guarantee any parcel will be sold or rented within a time frame suitable to your needs.
