West Dublin/Pleasanton Station

This highly anticipated new BART station will include development with 1,200 parking spaces, 210 housing units, office space and a hotel. The station will be located in the median of I-580, between the Castro Valley and Dublin/Pleasanton BART stations where there is currently a 10-mile gap. Construction is expected to be complete in 2009.

About the Station:

$80 Million Cost Broken Down:

  • $50 million from BART revenue
  • $15 million from local and state funding
  • $15 million from private partnerships
