2012 U.S. Open Championship
June 11 – 17, 2012
The Olympic Club
Take BART and you’re there.
BART is proud to welcome the U.S. Open Championship to San Francisco. As the primary transportation to the U.S. Open, we will be providing access to The Championship from all of our Bay Area stations. We are also providing a visitor ticketing program to make it easier for volunteers and attendees to get to The Championship from San Francisco and SFO area hotels.
If you are flying into San Francisco International Airport (SFO) for the U.S. Open, you can make your trip easier by purchasing your BART transfer and U.S. Open transfer ticket in advance. Whether you’re staying in downtown San Francisco, an SFO area hotel or with a friend/family, SFO airport passengers can take advantage of this easy, convenient way to purchase airport transfers or BART tickets to the U.S. Open. Plus, when you Go Green on BART from SFO or OAK you’ll save at least 20 pounds of emissions roundtrip from entering the atmosphere.
SFO to San Francisco Airport Transfers
This is the quick and easy way to get your round-trip (RT) airport transfer from SFO to San Francisco. The trip is only 30 minutes and is half the cost of a shuttle and $80 less than a round trip taxi. If you're arriving at SFO click on the special link below to get a RT SFO transfer voucher for only $18.00. Then print the voucher, take it with you and exchange it at SFO for a BART ticket. It's that easy. You can also get a transfer to the East Bay or other stations from this link. Get your BART SFO and U.S. Open transfers here.
BART to Colma - U.S. Open Transfer Station (SFO Arrivals or SFO hotel guests only)

SFO hotel guests can take the hotel shuttle to SFO to redeem the voucher. Vouchers can only be redeemed at SFO. OAK to San Francisco Transfers
Go to the AirBART shuttle stop on the traffic island and take the AirBART bus. Deposit $3.00 in the AirBART fare box when you board. Then purchase a round-trip ticket at the Coliseum station for $7.60. Proceed upstairs and take any San Francisco bound train. It usually takes 45 minutes to take the AirBART shuttle and BART to San Francisco.
