BART runs Sunday schedule on Labor Day, Monday, September 6

Longer Trains Planned for Weekend Events

This Labor Day Holiday will be a busy weekend around the Bay Area. In addition to the holiday on Monday, there are numerous events planned:

  • The Oakland A’s will be in town and we’ll provide longer trains to games on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
  • Cal will be hosting UC Davis on Saturday and we’ll have longer trains available.
  • Oakland Pride is scheduled for Sunday and we will have extra staff available at our 19th Street Station to help with crowds.
  • Sunday is the final day for Wicked at the Orpheum Theater in San Francisco.
  • On Monday, September 6, Labor Day, BART will run a Sunday schedule for all trains and open at 8 am. Labor Day is a BART parking holiday. Parking permit and fee requirements are not enforced in station parking facilities.
