BART is launching an interactive video feature called "Ask BART,"  in which customers ask questions on video, and a BART subject matter expert responds with the answer. BART communications staff will visit stations throughout the system and set up an interview area where riders can ask questions. The schedule for upcoming Ask BART segments is listed below, along with the most recent video and a list of previous topics covered.

The next video segment will be filmed on Wednesday, Feb. 8, from 9 am to 11 am at Richmond Station. Schedule is subject to change in the case of breaking news events so check the Ask BART page the day of filming if you are planning to stop by with your question.
