My Transit Plus stores closed 12/29/2016
As of Thursday, December 29, 2016, all My Transit Plus stores, including locations in the Civic Center, Powell Street, Montgomery Street, Embarcadero, Walnut Creek and Bay Fair BART stations, have been permanently closed.
WHERE TO BUY TICKETS:
BART Discounted Tickets (senior tickets, disabled tickets, child tickets) will be sold at the Clipper® Customer Service Kiosk at the Embarcadero BART Station, at BART’s Customer Service Center at the Lake Merritt BART Station in Oakland, and through the Tickets by Mail program.
EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS:
Customers may take tickets that don’t work and/or tickets that have very small amounts left on them (“Tiny Tickets”) to the 12th Street Station in downtown Oakland to exchange for a new ticket with a combined value equal to the total of all the tickets exchanged. For refunds, please see a Station Agent and request the Agent complete a refund claim form. Customers may also mail their tickets to: BART Refunds, 300 Lakeside Drive, 22nd Floor, Oakland CA 94612.
