Night Board meeting scheduled for Oct. 26
To encourage greater participation from the public, the BART Board of Directors periodically schedules its meetings to occur in the evenings.
The next of these night meetings will be Thursday, Oct. 26, at 5 pm in the BART Board Room, Kaiser Center 20th Street Mall, Third Floor, 344 20th St. in Oakland.
Among the topics expected to be considered at this meeting will be an ordinance to require persons inside the paid area of BART to provide valid proof of payment.

Public comment is held at the beginning and end of the board meeting and the public has an opportunity to speak on each agenda item at the time it is presented.
