One of the busiest and bumpiest sections of BART trackway received a makeover during the Memorial Day weekend. BART crews worked 12-hour shifts to replace track, install a new drainage system, and much more on the trackway between the Pleasant Hill/Contra Costa Centre and Concord Stations. The immediate payoff is a smoother ride for tens of thousands of passengers. Watch the video.
