Entering 24th St. Mission Station

Check the status of out of service elevators ELEVATOR ALERTS

There are two levels below the street at 24th Street Mission Station. The first level is the concourse. The second level is the train platform.

Two separate elevators are needed to get from street train platform.

The street elevator is located at the intersection of 24th Street and Mission Street on the Northeast side.

Street elevator will take you to the concourse level outside the paid area. Press “C” for concourse level.

On the concourse level, head towards to the paid area. Inside the paid area, travel to the opposite end of the concourse to the train platform elevator. Press “P” for train platform level.

At the train platform level, you will be at the far end of the platform.

Exiting 24th St. Mission Station

The train platforms at 24th Street Mission Station are located two levels below the street.

Two separate elevators are needed to get from the train platform level to the street level.

Exiting from East Bay bound trains the elevator will be towards the rear of the train at the far end of the platform. Press “C” for concourse level.

Exiting from San Francisco, Millbrae bound trains the elevator will be towards the front of the train at the far end of the platform. Press “C” for concourse level.

On the Concourse level, travel to the opposite end inside the paid area. Outside the paid area, the street elevator is located to your left. Press “S” for street level.

When exiting the elevator, you will be at the intersection of 24th Street and Mission Street on the Northeast side.
