Outreach

The engagement effort will run through the timeline of the project and will involve the numerous stakeholders of the Northern California megaregion, with a strong focus on equity. FY21 efforts will include advertising and awarding contracts for Engagement, Technical Support for Project Development, and Environmental Review services.  

On July 14, 2020, BART and CCJPA hosted an industry outreach informational event for Link 21 (former known as New Transbay Rail Crossing) Program.  During the event, BART and CCJPA provided an overview of the upcoming Program Identification and Project Selection procurement.  More about the procurement can be found on BART’s procurement portal.
