Public meeting 9/7 on small-business contracting opportunities from Measure RR

You're invited to attend a public meeting to learn about upcoming opportunities for small business contractors as part of the BART Measure RR rebuilding program.

In November 2016, the residents of San Francisco, Alameda, and Contra Costa counties approved a $3.5 billion bond measure, Measure RR, to improve BART’s infrastructure. The bond implementation covers repair and replacement of critical safety infrastructure, relieves passenger crowding, reduces traffic congestion, and expands opportunities to safely access stations.

The bond program will fund $440.2 million of project work in FY18 through FY19. BART will be planning additional outreach events from September to November 2017.
