Parking changes at San Leandro, Fremont Stations due to repaving

On June 1, 2005 a private contractor will begin work to repave all BART parking lots at the San Leandro Station. This multi-phase construction will mean temporary closures of some lots and temporary relocation of disabled, reserved and car pool parking in addition to bus pick-up areas.

When the project is complete in late August, it will yield additional parking spaces at the San Leandro Station. BART apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks you in advance for your patience and understanding. Repaving Work Will Mean Parking Changes at Fremont Station

Also on June 1, 2005 a private contractor will begin work to repave all BART parking lots at the Fremont Station. This multi-phase construction will mean temporary closures of some lots and temporary relocation of disabled, reserved and car pool parking in addition to bus pick-up areas.

Phase I of this project will temporarily relocate disabled parking to the Phase II lot.

BART will make every attempt to keep you informed as the contractor moves into each new phase of construction at the San Leandro and Fremont stations.

When the project is complete in late August, it will yield additional parking spaces at the Fremont Station. BART thanks you for your patience and understanding.
