Platform work at 24th St. Mission Station

Beginning Wednesday, September 27, there may be some minor train service delays while BART replaces yellow and black detection tiles on the edge of the platform at the 24th St. Mission Station. The work will take approximately four weeks to complete.

The work will take place Monday through Friday from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. and weekends from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. During these hours, there may be train delays of to five minutes. BART recommends that customers adjust their travel plans accordingly.

Please watch your step when entering and exiting the trains because the platform edges may be uneven.

BART will post directional signs to assist you as you use the station and BART will keep you informed of any changes through passenger bulletins and station announcements.

This work is in part funded by grants provided by the Federal Transit Administration and the San Francisco County Transportation Authority, for transportation system improvements.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
