Escalator Closure Alert: Civic Center Station escalator at 8th and Market temporarily out of service for repairs

The street level escalator at 8th and Market streets at the Civic Center Station has been temporarily closed for emergency repairs. The work is expected to be completed by December 1, 2023.

Customers can use the stairs immediately next to the escalator or other open entrances at Civic Center Station including 7th and Market streets as well as UN Plaza. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as this necessary repair work is completed.
