Ticket Vending Machines are in every BART station and provide a variety of cash, credit and debit card ticket purchasing options.
| Credit Cards: | Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express Purchase a minimum $1.75 to a maximum $69 in 5-cent and $1.00 increments. You can purchase up to 5 tickets per transaction. Credit cards have a rolling 2 day limit of $69 purchase with a maximum of 2 transactions per card per rolling day. |
| ATM Cards: | Star, Interlink, Maestro, NYCE and Accel Purchase a minimum $1.75 to a maximum of $69 in 5-cent and $1.00 increments. NOTE: You can purchase up to 5 tickets per transaction but are limited to 3 transactions per card per day. |
| Cash: | $1, $5, $10 or $20 bills up to a maximum of 15 bills Coins and bills accepted |
| Tickets: | BART Plus: Part A (available from the 21st of the current month to the 5th of the following month) and Part B (6th to 20th of the current month) in $43, $48, $52, $57, $62, $67, $71 and $76 denominations. |
| BART Blue: Available in $1.75 to $69 denominations. |
