Certificate of Insurance
The BART Certificate of Insurance form should be completed by an authorized insurance representative/agent on behalf of any successful bidder, potential vendor or permit applicant in order to expedite the insurance approval process required before access to District property can be granted. Please refer to your specific agreement, contract and application for the required lines and limits of coverage.

Contractors are required to furnish bonds in connection with BART contracts:
