Clipper Card Customer Service

BART only assists with the initial application for new Clipper Access cards, formerly known as the Regional Transit Connection (RTC) card for individuals with disabilities. After the initial setup, all ongoing services—such as completing the full Clipper Access process or replacing a lost or stolen card—are handled directly by Clipper Card.
