SUMMARY OF SCOPE:  Provide all labor, materials, accessories and incidental work necessary to perform all operations for the repair of asphalt in parking lots and concrete sidewalk at various stations along A-Line (Fruitvale, Coliseum, San Leandro, Fremont stations), C-Line (Concord, North Concord), L-Line (East Dublin/Pleasanton) and R-Line (El Cerrito Plaza, El Cerrito del Norte). The work will also include mobilization, construction phasing, demolition, excavation, site preparation, traffic control and maintenance during construction; removal of excess material and clean up after construction; removing and replacing asphalt concrete (CA) pavement and repair of base material; removing and replacement of concrete sidewalk; removal, replacement and restoration of striping; and replacement of signage.
