The San Leandro TOD is a two-phase affordable housing project developed by BRIDGE Housing on a former BART rider parking lot adjacent to the San Leandro BART Station.
The project includes:
- Marea Alta: 115 affordable rental homes for families
- La Vereda: 85 affordable rental homes for seniors
- A three-level underground parking garage with 243 BART rider spaces
