New Garage at Pleasant Hill Station

A new 1,547 space parking garage addition at the Pleasant Hill BART Station opens Monday, June 30th. The garage addition is immediately adjacent to the existing garage. The two garages are linked by vehicle bridges and will function as one integrated parking garage. The expanded garage is the first major construction project completed as part of the Transit Village project at the Pleasant Hill BART Station.

SURFACE PARKING LOTS WILL BE ELIMINATED AFTER 2:00 AM ON JUNE 28
Because the surface parking will be redeveloped, we remind you not to leave your car on any of the surface lots after 2:00 am on Saturday, June 28th. The developers will fence off all of the existing surface parking areas at the Pleasant Hill BART Station and the remote/temporary lot on Las Juntas on Saturday morning in preparation for additional phases of construction of the Transit Village project.

THE EXPANDED GARAGE REPLACES ALL SURFACE PARKING SPACES
With the garage addition, we are offering a one-for-one (plus 75 additional spaces) replacement for all of the existing surface spaces located at the Pleasant Hill BART Station. Please note that the Professional Assisted parking will be discontinued at 10:30 pm on Friday, June 27.

GARAGE PARKING OPTIONS
Disabled parking spaces will be located on the first level of both the existing and addition garage. The first two levels of the existing and expanded parking garage are for weekday riders who purchase permits in advance of arriving at the station. Free first come, first served parking spaces are located on levels three-to-seven of the existing garage and levels three-to-eight of the garage addition. Carpool parking will be located in the basement of the new garage addition. For details about BART's parking options please visit the parking section at www.bart.gov/parking.

PASSENGER DROP OFF RELOCATED
The Passenger Drop Off and Accessible Drop Off will be relocated to the northwesterly side of the Station (on D Street adjacent to station and near the existing Attendant Assisted Parking lot). To access the Passenger Drop Off, enter from Oak Road and follow the directional signs.
