BART, Peter Pan production team up to put characters on ticket backs

It’s not fairy dust in your eyes if you see Tinker Bell flying on your BART ticket soon.  Starting tomorrow, riders will find the main characters from the world famous JM Barrie play:  Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Tinker Bell and Wendy and the Lost Boys featured on BART ticket backs.

Riders who collect all four images can exchange the JM Barrie’s Peter Pan Collectors’ Series for a gift available at the Peter Pan box office in Ferry Park.  BART and Peter Pan, the theatrical event of the summer, now playing at Ferry Park in San Francisco announced their partnership to produce 1.5 million JM Barrie’s Peter Pan Collectors’ Series tickets exclusively available at BART ticket vending machines at all BART stations.

"Your adventure to Peter Pan’s Neverland begins with BART," BART Board President James Fang said. "With BART, you won't waste gas, get stuck in traffic or hassle searching for parking. We're the best travel option to see this production of J.M. Barrie’s classic story as the state-of-the-art threesixty theatre is just steps away from our Embarcadero Station."

Use the BART QuickPlanner to plan your trip to Ferry Park to see the show or exchange the series of tickets for your free gift. For information about Peter Pan tickets and show times visit www.peterpantheshow.com.
