Richmond Station east side vehicle and pedestrian access changes October 2015 -- June 2016

Starting on Monday, October 26, we will close off half of the east entrance to the Richmond Station and re-route pedestrian and vehicle access in order to accommodate construction in the area. The construction project is managed by the City of Richmond and is part of their area improvement plan.

There will be access from 18th and 19th streets for pedestrians and for vehicles wishing to pick up and drop off passengers but there is no parking and no ADA access. Follow the signs for the one way route into and out of the station.

Here is a map of the changes.

We recommend using the newly improved west side of the station for access if possible.

The work will include improvements to customer access including the addition of a new pedestrian ramp into the station. Work crews also will prepare the site for other future construction projects by the City of Richmond.

The work will be completed by June 2016.

We apologize for the inconvenience this will cause you and appreciate your patience.
