The Core Capacity Transit Study (CCTS) is a collaborative effort to identify and prioritize investments that will improve public transportation to and from the San Francisco Core. The study is a joint effort of five transit operators: BART, Muni, AC Transit, Caltrain, and the Water Emergency Transportation Authority, in coordination with the San Francisco County Transportation Authority and the MTC.
