Elevator floor replacement Walnut Creek 3/13-17

On Monday, 3/13 we will begin work at to replace the floor of the platform elevator serving trains to Pittsburg/Bay Point. There will be no elevator access to this platform while the work is being performed. 

We will be upgrading the splashguards and flooring in the elevators to prevent liquid from flowing under the floor and to make cleaning the elevators easier. 

If you need to use an elevator for access to trains going toward Pittsburg/Bay Point, you will have to go to an adjacent station such as Pleasant Hill/Contra Costa Centre. Or, you may contact a Station Agent to arrange for a lift van to take you to a nearby station with a working elevator.
