Join BART PD Oct. 4 at Powell Station for National Coffee With a Cop Day

Save the date for National Coffee With a Cop Day! Please join BART Police on Wednesday, October 4, from 8-10am at the Starbucks Coffee SF Centre store located at the Powell Street BART station in San Francisco.

This annual nationwide coffee klatch was founded in 2011, and brings police officers and the community members they serve together – over coffee – to discuss issues and learn more about each other. This is a great opportunity for our riders to sit down with BART officers over a cup o' joe to ask questions and share what's on their minds. We hope to see you there.

Look for the table with the BART Police banner set up outside the entrance to the Starbucks.  This is BART PD's first year participating, and if our customers find it useful we will add it in the future to our mix of outreach events.
