Pittsburg/Bay Point Line will run every 20-40 minutes east of Rockridge Sunday 12/10

On Sunday, December 10, we will need to single-track trains through the Caldecott BART Tunnel as we perform maintenance work inside the tunnel that will result in more reliable service. The single-tracking is for the safety of our workers. The work cannot be completed entirely outside of service hours and will start at 2pm. It will be completed before start of service in the morning on Monday.

Customers traveling east of Rockridge will experience the longest wait times. Some regularly scheduled trains may turn back between Orinda and Pittsburg/Bay Point.

Maintenance work will affect transfers/meets with other transit services, including BART transfers at MacArthur for customers going to San Francisco and the Peninsula from the Richmond Line. Please plan to add an additional 20-40 minutes to your journey.

We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
