New Construction at Union City Station 4/14/2020

On April 14, 2020 our contractor will build temporary construction barriers on the northbound platform and concourse at Union City Station. The construction barriers work should not interfere with your access to trains. However, please be aware that the temporary barriers will slightly reduce the Platform and Concourse areas. This work is an important first step in the station improvements we have planned including new stairs and escalator. The barriers are expected to remain in place through early 2021 and the work within the barriers will be on-going during the hours of 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.

See suggested paths of travel below.

You may experience noise and vibration as well as minor dust while the work is happening. Dust mitigation will be in place to minimize exposure. The contractor’s goal is to finish the work as quickly as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
