Only Elevator Out of Service at Dublin/Pleasanton Station 11/18-20 for Repairs

The only elevator for Dublin/Pleasanton Station will be taken out of service at approximately 11pm on Wednesday, November 18 for repairs to the hydraulic system. The elevator will remain out of service until approximately 12 noon on Friday, November 20.

If you need to use an elevator to access the system, we recommend planning your trip from the West Dublin/Pleasanton Station while this work is going on.

Wheels routes 3 and 30R provide accessible bus service between Dublin/Pleasanton and West Dublin/Pleasanton stations. For schedule and route information, visit www.wheelsbus.com or call (925) 455-7500 for information.

To check if an elevator is in service before arriving at a station, please call 510-834-LIFT (510-834-5438) or 888-2-ELEVAT (888-235-3828), or sign up for elevator status alerts at www.bart.gov/elevators. If you arrive at any station and find that the elevator(s) are out of service, you may contact a Station Agent to arrange for a lift van to take you to a nearby station with a working elevator.

To check escalator status, go to www.bart.gov/escalators.

We apologize for this inconvenience and are working as quickly as possible to return the elevators to service.
