Service reduced to one track between Pleasant Hill and Concord this Saturday night (3/26)

Service will be reduced to one track starting at 8pm this Saturday, March 26 to allow crews to preform track maintenance work. This surfacing work will provide a smoother ride for that section of the system.

Riders traveling that line can expect delays of 15-20 minutes from 8pm Saturday March 26 until the end of service that evening.

Contra Costa County riders traveling westbound and looking to avoid the delay entirely should go directly to the Walnut Creek Station.

This rail surfacing work is made possible by Measure RR, which was approved by BART District voters in 2016 and provides $3.5 billion to rebuild the backbone of the system.
