BART hosts "All Aboard with Transit CEOs" public event

In celebration of Transit Month, BART is hosting “All Aboard with Transit CEOs,” a multi-modal ride-a-long and social event giving the public a chance to ride with and meet regional transit leaders.

The event is Friday, September 16, 2022, from 3pm-6:30pm.

11 General Manager/CEOs from various Bay Area transit agencies will ride multiple modes of transit together, ending with a public happy hour starting at 5:15pm at Line 51 Brewery in Oakland (303 Castro Street).

Participating agencies include BART, SFMTA, AC Transit, SamTrans, VTA, WETA (San Francisco Bay Ferry), Marin Transit, County Connection, Tri Delta Transit, WestCAT, and Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC).

Members of the public are encouraged to ride with the CEOs and join them at Line 51 Brewery.

Below is the exact trip they plan to take. The public can meet the CEOs at the first AC Transit stop or they can meet them along the journey. Look for the CEOs in the first BART and Muni car. They will be wearing their name badges.

You can also tweet at @SFBART during the journey and they will tell you where to find them. Or just meet up at Line 51 Brewery in Oakland from 5:15pm-6:30pm.
