BART to hold discussion on Adeline Street connection for Ashby Transit-Oriented Development on 4/20/23

BART will host a community open house on Thursday, April 20 from 6:30-8:30pm that will focus on future development and connection to Adeline Street of the planned Transit Oriented Development (TOD) on the Ashby Station West Lot. The meeting will be held at the Ed Roberts Campus at 3075 Adeline Street in Berkeley and be limited to 100 participants. It’ll be in the Osher Foundation Education Center Room and masks are strongly recommended for attendees.

The City of Berkeley and BART envision a TOD on the Ashby Station West Lot that will have connections with Adeline Street. The final proposal for the connections of the TOD to Adeline will be made by the developer of the TOD project. The meeting will include:

  • A summary of BART’s operational requirements at the West Lot and their impact on future development and connection to Adeline Street.
  • A menu of potential connections of a TOD to Adeline Street.
  • Questions and answers on the presentation.
