Park at these BART stations and ride to the Valkyries WNBA Championship Parade
Heading to the Golden State Valkyries WNBA Championship Parade on Wednesday, Nov. 4? Take BART to avoid the traffic and street closures. We’ll be ready with extra and longer trains and bolstered staff and security presence.
Parking at a station and riding to San Francisco is a great option for a smooth journey. We operate parking at 35 stations and pricing varies based on station. You can pay for parking with the Official BART App or with cash, debit, or credit cards at the payment machines inside the station (remember your stall number).
Note that some BART parking lots fill up quickly. We do not recommend parking at one of the five stations with limited availability – Glen Park, MacArthur, Rockridge, Walnut Creek, and West Oakland – which can fill as early as 8:30am even without a major event. Reference the above map for other station parking options.
Championship parades are historically some of BART’s busiest ridership days, so we are expecting lots to fill more quickly than usual. If the designated Daily Fee parking spaces are full, after 10am you can pay the Daily Fee rate and park in the Reserved parking area. Valley Transportation Authority – not BART – operates parking at Milpitas and Berryessa/North San Jose stations.
