Elevator Outage Options

In case of an elevator outage, use the following options or contact the station agent for assistance. Agents can arrange a ride to a different station in an accessible van if needed. 

PLATFORM 2 ELEVATOR (RICHMOND, MILLBRAE/SFO/DALY CITY DIRECTIONS) 

• Can't enter station:   Take the Platform 1 elevator to opposite platform.  Go back to  Coliseum and board desired train.
• Can't exit station:  Continue on BART to Lake Merritt and return to Fruitvale. Exit using Platform 1 elevator.

PLATFORM 1 ELEVATOR (DUBLIN, BERRYESSA DIRECTIONS) 

• Can't enter station:   Take the Platform 2 elevator to opposite platform.  Go back to Lake Merritt and board desired train.
• Can't exit station:  Continue on BART to Coliseum and return to Fruitvale. Exit using Platform 2 elevator.
