Elevator Outage Options

In case of an elevator outage, use the following options or contact the station agent for assistance. Agents can arrange a ride to a different station in an accessible van if needed. 

STREET ELEVATOR 

• Can't enter station:  Use the Powell St. Station street elevator at Market and Ellis streets (0.5 miles/ 5 blocks). Go to the intersection of McAllister and Leavenworth streets to take a bus to Market at Powell Street.
• Can't exit station:  Continue on train to exit at another station. The closest station is Powell St. (0.5 miles). 

PLATFORM ELEVATOR 

• Can't enter station: Use the Powell St. Station street elevator at Market and Ellis streets (0.5 miles/ 5 blocks). Go to the intersection of McAllister and Leavenworth streets to take a bus to Market at Powell Street.
• Can't exit station: Continue on train to exit at another station. The closest station is Powell St. (0.5 miles).
