On March 18 of this year we closed two entrances at this station in preparation for the installation of new security grilles. Unfortunately due to a defect in manufacturing, the grilles had to be returned to the manufacturer for repair. We have kept the entrances closed for other maintenance work. After May 7

Expansion of reserved parking area at North Concord Station
Within the next few weeks we will change the upper parking lot just west of the bus loading zone at our North Concord Station. The reserved area (for customers who buy permits online in advance) will be expanded because of increased demand. The new area will be marked with yellow "Reserved Parking" signs
Veterans Day service adjustments
On Friday, November 10, we will be reducing some service on the Pittsburg/Bay Point Line. Passengers on the Pittsburg-Bay Point Line during peak hours should expect 10-15 minute headways. All elevators out at Richmond 1/23 to 1/27
On Monday, 1/23 we will begin work to replace the floors on all the elevators at Richmond Station including the elevator to the Amtrak platform. There will be no elevator service at this station from 1/23-1/27. We will be upgrading the splash guards and flooring in the elevators to prevent liquid from flowing
