Travelocity has joined forces with BART to produce a summer travel campaign. The campaign promotes taking BART to the airport and booking travel on Travelocity. BART holds outreach events and survey for BART Police Headquarters
BART is considering a number of options for the relocation of its Police Department's Administrative Headquarters that is currently located at 101 8th Street in Oakland, near the Lake Merritt Station.
These options may involve the renovation of an existing office building near the BART 19th Street Oakland Station. The proposed facility would house key functions of the police department, provide better public access, and allow for increased response in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency.
