  • A technical advisory committee made up of affected regional agencies, municipalities and transit providers
  • Interviews with community-based organizations and key stakeholders
  • Digital open houses and other events for community members and BART riders
  • Presentations to boards and commissions 
  • Meetings with and/or presentations to elected officials
